It is a non-profit fellowship with the aims of helping business owners create and expand successful, ethical business endevors.
Our mentors do not simply study your company, prepare a report, and leave you with a list of recommendations.
They are business owners who use the management system inside their own companies. They understand what it is like to carry payroll, manage employees, deal with customers, protect margins, resolve problems, and make difficult decisions.
They have faced many of the same challenges you are facing.
EMA members are introduced to the management system and licensed to use it for a modest monthly membership fee. Members then receive practical support from experienced mentors as they begin implementing the system inside their own businesses.
This is not theory.
It is business owners helping other business owners establish the structure, discipline, and management practices needed to create lasting improvement.
